Chronic Pain Recovery Retreat: 4 Days in France

You have done the physiotherapy. You have had the scans. You have been told everything
looks normal, and you are still in pain.

Most people living with long term pain or fatigue are handed short appointments,
generic advice and symptom-based care that never gets near the cause. This retreat is
built to do the opposite.

Four days and three nights, never more than four guests, in a private château in rural
Deux-Sèvres. You step out of daily life and into a clinically led environment where your
body, your movement and your health are assessed properly and in depth. No waiting
rooms. No ten minute appointments. No generic plans.

You receive a full 60 to 90 minute osteopathic and functional medicine assessment on
arrival, then daily one to one osteopathic treatment, movement and rehabilitation
coaching programmed specifically for your body, and clear practical teaching on what is
actually driving your symptoms. All meals are cooked to a clinical anti-inflammatory
protocol and transfers from Poitiers are included.

You leave with a written recovery strategy and three follow-up consultations across the
following six months, so the work does not stop when you land back home.

This is not a typical wellness retreat. It is a clinical reset, giving you hands-on
treatment and the understanding to take control of your health for good.

Dates run Wednesday to Saturday. Scheduled dates are 14 and 21 October 2026, then
monthly through to April 2027. Other dates can be arranged on request.
